I am an Associate Broker (2009) and licensed Realtor (2002) at Oakwyn Realty Ltd.

I specialise in the sale and purchasing of residential real estate in the Greater Vancouver area; more specifically on Vancouver's North Shore (North and West Vancouver) and Vancouver areas. 

In the 22 years that I have been marketing real estate I can proudly attest that I have sold 100% of my listings and that more than 95% of my business is repeat or referred.  I am also proud to say that there is not a year that goes by where I do not place as one of the Top Producers for sales achievements.
